These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service Restoration website and the restoration services we provide. By using our site or requesting services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Service Restoration provides emergency mitigation, cleanup, drying, mold remediation, sewage cleanup, and related reconstruction services. All work is performed according to industry standards, including IICRC guidelines, and applicable local regulations.

2. Estimates and Authorization

Initial estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Additional damage discovered during the course of work may require a revised estimate. By signing our work authorization, you permit us to perform the services described and to bill your insurance carrier directly when applicable.

3. Insurance and Payment

We work with most insurance carriers and can bill insurance directly. You remain responsible for any deductible, non-covered charges, or amounts not paid by insurance. Payment terms for non-insurance work are due as stated on your invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Emergency Response

We strive to respond to emergency calls as quickly as possible. Response times depend on weather, traffic, call volume, and the nature of the emergency. We do not guarantee a specific arrival time.

5. Warranties and Limitations

We stand behind our workmanship. Warranty terms for specific services will be provided in your signed work authorization. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden conditions, or damage caused by delays outside our control, including failure to obtain timely insurance approval.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule non-emergency work by contacting our office. Emergency dispatch that has already been initiated may be subject to cancellation fees.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Service Restoration and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Pulaski County, Arkansas.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
